Distribution manifold SK-371.250 — an industrial unit of the Termojet Mega series for distributing heating fluid from a large boiler or cascade to three consumer circuits. Boiler connection DN 150 via a set of flexible couplings 6″ (150–159 mm) and a flow capacity of up to 650 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 1150 kW at ΔT=20 °C) ensure reliable supply to three large branches of an industrial heating system.

Operating principle: heating fluid from the boiler or cascade enters the common body through the DN 150 nozzle and is evenly distributed to three DN 50 outlets, to which Mega series pump groups are mounted. The twin-header design (supply + return) in a single body minimises the number of welded joints in the boiler room. The standard centre-to-centre spacing between outlets of 250 mm matches the pitch of Mega series pump groups. The 6″ flexible couplings supplied compensate for minor misalignments in boiler pipeline axes, simplifying installation.

Applications: industrial boiler rooms with three large circuits — for example, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water supply for a large facility; heat substations; systems with multiple buffer tanks. Mega series pump groups are mounted on the DN 50 outlets — NG-71.250 2″ or NG-81 DU65; hydraulic separation upstream of the manifold is provided by hydraulic separator GS-33 up to 1800 kW.
