Delivery Methods
Nova Poshta
Delivery to a branch or parcel locker throughout Ukraine. Timeframe: 1–3 business days depending on the region. Cost — from UAH 1,000 and above depending on weight and dimensions (carrier rates apply).
Self-Pickup
You can collect your order from our warehouse at: Kyiv, Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Kyivska St. 3. Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–15:00.
Own Delivery
For Kyiv and surrounding regions we offer delivery by our own transport. Date and time are arranged individually with the manager. Free of charge for orders from UAH 50,000.
Courier Delivery Across Ukraine
Address delivery to your home or office throughout Ukraine. Carrier: Nova Poshta. Cost — from UAH 200 and above depending on weight and dimensions (carrier rates apply).
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
Payment to the company bank account including VAT. For legal entities and sole proprietors we issue a VAT invoice. Dispatch after payment is received.
Prepayment
For non-standard configurations or items made to order — 50% prepayment required. The balance is paid before dispatch.
Important Information
- Orders placed before 14:00 are processed on the same day.
- All prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias including 20% VAT.
- When receiving goods, always check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier.
- If damaged — draw up an act with the carrier and photograph the damage.
- Delivery abroad is calculated individually — please contact the manager.
