Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the «Terms») govern access to and use of the website termojet.com.ua (hereinafter — the «Site»), which is owned by Sofiivka Montazh LLC (hereinafter — the «Company»). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You undertake to:

  • Use the Site exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
  • Not to perform any actions that may disrupt the operation of the Site or cause harm to the Company or third parties.
  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems.
  • Not to publish, transmit or distribute materials that are unlawful, harmful, offensive or that infringe intellectual property rights.

Technical specifications, prices and product availability may change without prior notice. The final price and terms are agreed with a manager before placing an order.
