Structurally, the manifold is a dual header: the supply line and return line in a single steel housing with thermal insulation. The standard centre-to-centre distance between outlets is 250 mm, which matches the mounting pitch of Mega-series pump groups. The kit of flexible couplings 6″ (150–159 mm) included in the delivery simplifies connection to boilers and pipelines with slight axis misalignment.
