Hydraulic separator Termojet Mega in thermal insulation with base HS-34

Hydraulic separator GS-34 — the most powerful model in the Termojet Mega series, with a body diameter of 425 mm and a maximum flow rate of Gmax 95.1 m³/h. Designed for industrial boiler rooms and large heat stations with a capacity of up to 1100 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 2200 kW at ΔT=20 °C.

Operating principle: the hydraulic separator creates a low pressure-loss zone between the primary circuit of the boiler equipment and the secondary consumer circuits. When the flow rates of the primary and secondary circuits differ, excess heat-transfer fluid flows through the separator body — the pumps do not affect each other, and each circuit receives its calculated flow rate. The hydraulic separator simultaneously removes dissolved gases and settles sludge, protecting pumps and fittings from premature wear. Centre-to-centre spacing of the nozzles — 900 mm. Height of the assembly with base — 2080 mm, width — 930 mm.

Applications: large industrial and commercial boiler rooms, cascades of high-capacity boilers, centralised heat stations, industrial heating and ventilation systems.
