Hydraulic separator Termojet Mega in thermal insulation with base HS-32

Hydraulic separator GS-32 — industrial hydraulic separator of the Termojet Mega series with a body diameter of 325 mm and maximum flow capacity Gmax 56,8 m³/h. It provides hydraulic separation of the primary and secondary circuits in boiler rooms with an output of up to 650 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 1300 kW at ΔT=20 °C.

Operating principle of the Mega hydraulic separator: a zone of low pressure losses is created between the primary circuit of the boiler (or boiler cascade) and the secondary consumer circuits. Each pump receives its design flow rate without mutual interference, which stabilises the operating mode of the boiler equipment and extends its service life. In addition, the hydraulic separator effectively removes dissolved gases and deposits sludge — protecting pumps and fittings from corrosion and wear. Centre-to-centre pipe spacing — 600 mm. The delivery set includes floor brackets (stand) and thermal insulation. Height of the unit with stand — 1570 mm, width — 675 mm.

Applications: industrial and commercial boiler rooms, boiler cascades, heat substations, industrial heating and ventilation systems.
