Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation with flexible coupling kit 8"(200-219mm) SK-281.250

Distribution manifold SK-281.250 — an industrial unit of the Termojet Mega series for distributing heat-transfer fluid from a powerful boiler or cascade to 2 consumer circuits. Boiler connection — DN 200, heating circuit connection — DN 50; flow capacity up to 850 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 2100 kW at ΔT=20 °C.

Operating principle: heat-transfer fluid from the heat generator enters the manifold and is evenly distributed to two consumer circuits. The centre-to-centre distance for consumer circuit connection is 250 mm, allowing Mega-series pump groups to be installed without additional transitions. The kit includes floor mounting (stand) and one set of compression fittings (left side). For connection to the boiler of a powerful boiler room, a kit of flexible couplings 8″ (200–219 mm) is used, which compensates for vibration and thermal expansion. Finished unit dimensions: height with stand 995 mm, length 1135 mm.

Applications: large industrial boiler rooms and heat substations, centralised heating systems, facilities with two independent high-capacity circuits. A Mega-series pump group is installed for each circuit — for example, NG-62.250 with mixer 1½″ or NG-72.250 L with mixer 2″. For hydraulic separation between the boiler and consumers, a Mega-series hydraulic separator is installed upstream of the manifold — GS-32 rated at 650 kW or GS-33.
