Pump group Termojet with mixer 1 1/2" FT in thermal insulation without pump PG-62

Pump group with mixing valve NG-62.250 — an assembly of the Termojet Mega series with 1½″ female thread connection and DN 40 for regulated heating circuits with a capacity of up to 60 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 120 kW at ΔT=20 °C. Designed for industrial and large commercial boiler rooms with several independent circuits.

Operating principle: the mixing assembly blends cooled heat-transfer fluid from the return line with the hot fluid from the boiler, maintaining the set supply temperature in the circuit. This is critical for underfloor heating and low-temperature circuits where the boiler temperature exceeds the design value. Shut-off valves on the supply and return lines, a check valve, and a thermometer provide full control and convenient maintenance. Electric actuator 220 V — for automatic mixing control. Flow capacity Kvs 19.1 m³/h, assembly dimensions: height 873 mm, width 496 mm. Special spacers are used to compensate for the pump base height.

Applications: industrial facilities, large commercial buildings, boiler rooms with boiler cascades and several pump circuits at different temperatures. The NG-62.250 mounts on Mega-series hydraulic separators — for example, GS-32 at 650 kW. For distribution downstream of the hydraulic separator, the manifold SK-281.250 for 2 circuits is used.
