Hydraulic separator Termojet Mega in thermal insulation with base HS-33

Hydraulic separator GS-33 — powerful hydraulic separator of the Termojet Mega series for large industrial boiler rooms with a thermal output of up to 900 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 1800 kW at ΔT=20 °C. The body with a diameter of 380 mm and maximum flow rate Gmax 76,2 m³/h are designed for main piping systems with large volumes of heat-transfer fluid.

Operating principle of the hydraulic separator: a zone of hydraulic neutrality with minimum pressure losses is created between the primary circuit (boiler or boiler cascade) and the secondary consumer circuits. The boiler pumps and consumer pumps no longer influence each other — each circuit receives its design flow rate. In parallel, the unit separates dissolved gases (discharged through the air vent at the top) and deposits sludge (drained through the drain valve at the bottom), which significantly reduces corrosion and extends the service life of all equipment.

Applications: large industrial boiler rooms, heat substations, boiler cascades with a total output of up to 1800 kW, centralised heating systems of industrial and commercial buildings. The GS-33 is mounted on the floor brackets included in the delivery set; downstream of it, the heat-transfer fluid is distributed to circuits via Mega-series manifolds — SK-271.250 with 2 outlets or SK-371.250 with 3 outlets.
