Pump group Termojet with mixer 2" FT in thermal insulation without pump PG-72

Pump group with mixer NG-72.250 L — a unit of the Termojet Mega series with 2″ BSP connection and DN 50 for regulated circuits of industrial boiler rooms with output up to 120 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 220 kW at ΔT=20 °C. The high flow capacity Kvs 40 m³/h ensures minimal hydraulic resistance even at high heat-carrier flow rates.

Operating principle of the mixing unit: the three-way valve blends cooled heat carrier from the return with the hot supply from the boiler, maintaining the set temperature in the consumer circuit. This is necessary for low-temperature underfloor heating or ventilation circuits where the boiler temperature exceeds the design temperature for the consumer. The 220 V actuator allows connection to boiler room automation for remote control. Unit dimensions: height 873 mm, width 496 mm. Spacers are used to compensate for the pump base height.

Fields of application: large industrial and commercial facilities, boiler rooms with cascades of high-capacity boilers, district heating systems. NG-72.250 L is installed in conjunction with Mega-series hydraulic separators — for example, GS-32 for 650 kW or GS-33 Termojet Mega. For flow distribution after the hydraulic separator, a manifold SK-381.250 for 3 circuits is installed.
