Distribution manifold SK-381.250 — an industrial unit of the Termojet Mega series for distributing heating fluid from a powerful boiler or cascade to 3 independent consumer circuits. Boiler connection — DN 200, heating circuits — DN 50; flow capacity up to 850 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 2100 kW at ΔT=20 °C.

Operating principle: heating fluid from the heat generator enters the manifold and is evenly distributed to three consumer circuits with different parameters. Centre-to-centre spacing for consumer circuit connections — 250 mm, allowing direct mounting of Mega series pump groups. The delivery set includes floor mounting brackets (base) and one set of compression fittings (left side). A set of flexible couplings 8″ (200–219 mm) is used for boiler connection — compensating vibration and thermal expansion of pipelines. Unit dimensions: height with base 995 mm, length 1634 mm.

Applications: large industrial boiler rooms and heat substations, centralised heating systems, facilities with three powerful independent circuits — for example, heating of different zones, ventilation, and DHW. Mega series pump groups are installed on the circuits — NG-62.250 with mixer 1½″, NG-82.250 L with mixer 2½″ and similar. Hydraulic separation between the boiler and consumers is provided by hydraulic separators — GS-34 up to 1100 kW.
