Pump group Termojet with mixer 2 1/2" FT in thermal insulation without pump PG-82L

Pump group with mixer NG-82.250 L — the largest size in the Termojet Mega series with 2½″ BSP and DN 65 connection, designed for regulated circuits of industrial boiler rooms with a capacity of up to 180 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 350 kW at ΔT=20 °C. Flow capacity Kvs 40 m³/h at DN 65 ensures low hydraulic resistance even in the most powerful circuits.

Operating principle of the mixing unit: a three-way valve blends cooled heat-transfer fluid from the return line into the hot supply, maintaining the set temperature of the consumer circuit. Unit supply includes: thermometer, shutoff valve on supply and return lines, check valve, spacers, compression fittings, and an electric actuator 220 V — everything required for circuit connection and boiler room automation. Dimensions: height 873 mm, width 496 mm. Spacers included in the kit are used to compensate for differences in pump base height.

Applications: large industrial facilities, powerful boiler cascades, centralised heat substations, industrial ventilation and heating systems. NG-82.250 L is installed in the pipework together with powerful Mega-series hydraulic separators — GS-33 or GS-34 rated at 1100 kW. To distribute flow between circuits downstream of the hydraulic separator, the Manifold SK-381.250 for 3 circuits is installed.
