Pump group Termojet without mixer 2" FT in thermal insulation without pump PG-71

Pump group NG-71.250 without mixer — a direct pump group of the Termojet Mega series with 2″ BSP connection, DN 50, for high-capacity heating circuits up to 90 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 180 kW at ΔT=20 °C). The flow capacity Kvs 40 m³/h is designed for high heat-carrier flow rates in commercial and industrial scale systems.

Operating principle — direct supply of heat carrier from the heat generator or distribution manifold to the consumer circuit without temperature regulation. Shut-off valves with thermometers on the supply and return allow monitoring of the circuit mode and shutting it off for maintenance. The built-in check valve prevents parasitic circulation between adjacent branches. The thermal insulation jacket minimises heat losses. To compensate for the pump base height, special spacers are included in the installation kit: compatible with DN 40 pumps (220 mm), DN 50 (250 mm) and DN 65 (280 mm).

Typical applications: radiator heating of large commercial buildings, loading of high-capacity buffer tanks, process heat supply circuits. The group integrates naturally into the Mega system: it mounts on manifolds with a standard centre-to-centre distance of 250 mm — for example, SK-371.250 with 3 outlets or SK-271.250 with 2 outlets; hydraulic separation of the boiler room is provided by the hydraulic separator GS-31.
