Pump group Termojet without mixer 1 1/2" FT in thermal insulation without pump PG-61

Pump group NG-61.250 without mixing valve — a direct group of the Termojet Mega series with 1½″ female thread connection, DN 40, for high-capacity heating circuits up to 60 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 120 kW at ΔT=20 °C). The high flow capacity of Kvs 19.1 m³/h and the larger pipe size make the NG-61.250 the standard choice for commercial boiler rooms and large industrial facilities.

The purpose of the group is to organise the circulation of heat-transfer fluid from the heat generator or distribution manifold into a direct consumer circuit at the full supply temperature, without mixing. The assembly is equipped with shut-off valves with thermometers 0–120 °C on the supply and return lines, a built-in check valve to prevent parasitic circulation, and a thermal insulation jacket to reduce heat losses. The design allows installation with special spacers to compensate for the pump base height: compatible with DN 40 pumps (length 220 mm), DN 50 (250 mm), and DN 65 (280 mm).

Applications: high-capacity radiator heating in large buildings, loading of buffer tanks and accumulator boilers, process heat supply circuits, connection to Mega-series hydraulic separators — for example, GS-31 up to 920 kW. The group mounts on Mega-series manifolds with a standard centre-to-centre spacing of 250 mm — SK-271.250 with 2 outlets or SK-371.250 with 3 outlets.
