Pump group Termojet Mega without mixer DN65 in thermal insulation PG-81

Pump group NG-81 without mixer — a direct group of the larger size in the Termojet Mega series with DN65 connection for high-capacity industrial and commercial heating circuits up to 120 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 220 kW at ΔT=20 °C). The flow capacity Kvs 40 m³/h and flanged DN 65 connection ensure minimal hydraulic resistance at high heat-carrier flow rates.

The purpose of the group is to organise direct circulation of heat carrier from the heat generator or distribution manifold to the consumer circuit at the full supply temperature. The kit includes: thermometer, return line shut-off valve, supply shut-off valve, check valve, pump spacer and clamp connections — the unit is fully ready for installation. Spacers are provided to compensate for the pump base height: DN 40 pumps (220 mm), DN 50 (250 mm) and DN 65 (280 mm) are supported.

Fields of application: large industrial boiler rooms with circuits up to 220 kW, heat substations, process heat supply systems. The group is mounted on Mega-series manifolds — SK-271.250 with 2 outlets or SK-371.250 with 3 outlets — with a standard centre-to-centre distance of 250 mm. For hydraulic separation of the boiler circuit, the hydraulic separator GS-31 or higher-end Mega-series models are suitable.
