Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS52V.125(200) — Termojet "2 in 1" unit for multi-circuit boiler rooms: distribution manifold with 5+1 circuits with top outlets, combined with hydraulic separator GS-26 in one housing. It hydraulically separates the boiler circuit and distributes the heat carrier directly to five main consumers — without a separate separator, extra pipes and fittings.

Operating principle: the built-in hydraulic separator creates a low pressure-loss zone between the heat generator circuit and the consumer circuits, so the pumps operate independently and the boiler works in a stable mode. The manifold section distributes the flow to circuits with a centre-to-centre spacing of 125 mm for Termojet pump groups. The built-in air separator vents gases to the air vent (FM ½″), the sludge trap collects dirt which is drained through a valve FM ½″ — the system operates more quietly and for longer.

Applications: large area houses with many circuits — underfloor heating on each floor, radiator branches, DHW boiler, ventilation; systems with solid fuel boilers; multi-circuit connection of a heat pump in one compact unit — see Termojet heat pumps.
