Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS22N.125(150) Mini — a compact Termojet «2-in-1» unit: a distribution manifold with 2 outlets down + 1 side and a built-in hydraulic separator GS-25. Designed for systems up to 25 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 50 kW at ΔT=20 °C; formerly produced under article SK-231.125.

The operating principle combines two functions. The built-in hydraulic separator creates a low-pressure-loss zone between the boiler circuit and the consumer circuits — pumps operate independently, each circuit receives its calculated flow rate. The manifold section distributes the heat transfer fluid to consumers with a centre-to-centre spacing of 125 mm for pump groups. Additionally, the unit purifies the system: the built-in air separator vents gases to the air vent (connection FM ½″), and the sludge trap collects dirt, which is drained through the drain FM ½″.

Application scenarios: boiler room of a private house with two or three circuits and separate pumps — underfloor heating, radiators, DHW boiler; systems with solid-fuel boilers.
