Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS22N.125(200) — Termojet «2-in-1» unit: a distribution manifold for 2+1 circuits with bottom outlets, combined with hydraulic separator GS-26 in a single housing. This combination simplifies installation and saves boiler-room space: a single unit simultaneously hydraulically separates the boiler circuit and distributes the heat-transfer fluid to consumers with different parameters.

Operating principle: the built-in hydraulic separator creates a low-pressure-loss zone between the primary boiler circuit and the secondary consumer circuits — the pumps do not interfere with each other, and each circuit receives its calculated flow rate. The manifold section distributes the flow to circuits with a centre-to-centre spacing of 125 mm for pump groups. Additionally, the unit purifies the heat-transfer fluid: the built-in air separator removes microbubbles to the air vent (connection BSP ½″), while the dirt trap collects sediment that is drained via a BSP ½″ valve.

Bottom outlets are convenient when the circuit pipework runs below the header, or when the boiler is positioned above the manifold. Use cases: a building with underfloor heating, radiators, and a DHW boiler; systems with a solid-fuel boiler. This is also a ready-made heat-pump connection set — separation and distribution in one unit: see Termojet heat pumps. The outlets can be fitted with, for example, a pump group NG-46 with thermostatic valve; the version with top outlets is KGS22V.125(200).

Advantages of KGS from Termojet:

Technical specifications: number of outlets — 2+1 (bottom), maximum capacity 60 kW at ΔT=10 °C and 95 kW at ΔT=20 °C, maximum flow rate Gmax 6.35 m³/h, boiler connection — 1¼″, heating circuit connection — 1″, centre-to-centre spacing — 125 mm.

Other configurations — in the Termojet manifolds with hydraulic separator catalogue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the manifold have a built-in hydraulic separator?
It makes the boiler circuit and the consumer circuits hydraulically independent: the pumps do not «fight» each other, the boiler operates stably and lasts longer.

How do you service the dirt trap?
Sediment settles in the lower part of the housing and is periodically drained via the valve installed at the BSP ½″ connection — without disassembling the unit.
