Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS22V.125(150) Mini — compact Termojet "2 in 1" unit for small boiler rooms: a distribution manifold with 2 upward outlets + 1 side outlet and a built-in hydraulic separator. A single housing simultaneously hydraulically separates the boiler circuit and secondary circuits and distributes the heat carrier to consumers — up to 25 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 50 kW at ΔT=20 °C at a maximum flow rate of 5,1 m³/h.

Operating principle: the built-in hydraulic separator creates a low pressure-loss zone between the primary circuit (boiler, 1″ connection) and the secondary circuits — the group pumps receive independent supply, and each circuit receives its own heat carrier flow rate. Gases are evacuated via the built-in air separator to the automatic air vent (connection FR ½″); sediment settles in the dirt trap and is drained through a drainage port FR ½″. Two upward outlets with a centre-to-centre distance of 125 mm and one side outlet 1″ provide flexibility in pipework routing in the boiler room.

Applications: a private house with two main circuits and a side outlet — underfloor heating, radiator heating and a DHW boiler in a single piping assembly. FAQ

Why is a side outlet needed when there are already two upward outlets?
The side outlet is convenient for connecting a third consumer (DHW boiler, small underfloor zone) when routing upward is not possible or desirable — for example, when the upward outlets are already occupied by pump groups.

How does KGS22V Mini differ from a standard K22V Mini manifold?
By the built-in hydraulic separator: the KGS not only distributes the heat carrier but also hydraulically isolates the boiler circuit from the consumers and removes air and sediment. This protects the boiler and pumps but takes up slightly more wall space.
