Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS31VN.125 — a compact Termojet "2-in-1" unit for residential boiler rooms: a distribution manifold with 2 top outlets + 1 bottom outlet and a built-in hydraulic separator GS-25 in thermal insulation. Designed for systems up to 25 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 50 kW at ΔT=20 °C) — the typical output of a boiler or heat pump for a house.

Operating principle: the built-in hydraulic separator hydraulically isolates the heat-generator circuit from the consumer circuits — each pump receives its design flow rate without mutual interference. The manifold section distributes the heat carrier to three circuits with a centre-to-centre distance of 125 mm, matching Termojet pump groups; the bottom outlet is convenient for a circuit that runs downward — for example, a DHW boiler. The built-in air separator with air-vent connection (female thread ½″) and the dirt trap with ½″ drain purify the heat carrier — less noise, corrosion and pump wear.
