Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 2+1 up MHS22U125(200)

Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS22V.125(200) — a Termojet "2-in-1" unit: a distribution manifold for 2+1 circuits with top outlets, combined with hydraulic separator GS-26 in a single body. One compact unit simultaneously hydraulically separates the boiler circuit and distributes heat carrier to consumers — saving space in the boiler room and installation time.

The operating principle combines two functions. The built-in hydraulic separator creates a low pressure-loss zone between the primary boiler circuit and the secondary consumer circuits, so the pumps do not affect each other. The manifold section then distributes flow to circuits with a centre-to-centre spacing of 125 mm to suit pump groups. Additionally, the unit cleans the system: the built-in air separator vents gases to an air vent (female thread ½″), and the dirt trap collects sediment, which is drained via a valve female thread ½″.

Application areas: boiler rooms with 2–3 circuits and separate pumps — underfloor heating, radiators, DHW boiler; systems with solid-fuel boilers.
