Hydraulic separator Termojet in thermal insulation 1 1/4" HS-26

Hydraulic separator GS-26 with thermal insulation — Termojet hydraulic separator with 1¼″ BSP male connections for heating systems up to 60 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 90 kW at ΔT=20 °C). The device eliminates mutual interference of consumer pumps with the boiler pump: each circuit receives its calculated flow rate, and the boiler reaches maximum capacity and operates in a stable mode.

Operating principle: the hydraulic separator creates a low pressure-loss zone between the primary circuit (boiler) and the secondary circuits (consumers). When the circuit flow rates differ, the excess heat-transfer fluid circulates through the separator body. Additionally, the hydraulic separator cleans the system: a built-in air separator evacuates dissolved gases to an air vent (BSP female ½″ connection), and a dirt trap collects sediment in the lower part of the body — drained via a BSP female ½″ valve. A socket for a BSP female ½″ temperature sensor for automation is also provided.

Areas of application: boiler rooms with multiple circuits and separate pumps, complex systems with several heat generators, systems with solid-fuel boilers, as well as heat pump piping where a stable flow through the heat exchanger is critical — see Termojet heat pumps. Frequently asked questions

Why is the hydraulic separator GS-26 needed?
It makes the boiler circuit and consumer circuits hydraulically independent: pumps do not "compete" with each other, the system operates quietly and stably, and equipment service life increases.

Does the GS-26 remove air and dirt?
Yes. Built into the body are an air separator with an outlet for an air vent BSP female ½″ and a dirt trap with a drain valve BSP female ½″.
