Hydraulic separator GS-27 with thermal insulation — Termojet hydraulic separator with 1½″ BSP male connections for medium and large boiler rooms: up to 95 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C. The device makes the boiler circuit and consumer circuits hydraulically independent, stabilises pump operation, and protects the heat generator.
Operating principle of the hydraulic separator: a low pressure-loss zone is created between the primary and secondary circuits. If the boiler pump flow rate differs from the total consumer flow rate, the excess heat-transfer fluid passes through the separator body — without pump conflicts or pressure surges. A built-in air separator evacuates dissolved gases to an air vent (BSP female ½″ connection), a built-in dirt trap settles sediment which is drained via a BSP female ½″ valve. A socket for a BSP female ½″ temperature sensor for boiler-room automation is also provided.
Areas of application: boiler rooms with multiple circuits and separate pumps, boiler cascades, systems with solid-fuel boilers, commercial buildings.
