Hydraulic separator Termojet in thermal insulation 1" HS-25

Hydraulic separator GS-25 with thermal insulation — Termojet hydraulic separator with 1″ BSP male connections for heating systems up to 25 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 50 kW at ΔT=20 °C). It creates a low pressure-loss zone between the boiler and consumers, so circuit pumps do not interfere with each other and the boiler operates in a stable mode.

Operating principle: the hydraulic separator divides the primary circuit (boiler) and the secondary circuits (consumers). When flow rates in the circuits differ, the excess heat-transfer fluid circulates through the separator body — each pump receives its calculated flow rate. Additionally, the hydraulic separator performs two more functions: a built-in air separator removes micro-bubbles to an automatic air vent (BSP female ½″ connection), and a dirt trap collects sediment in the lower part of the body — it is drained via a BSP female ½″ valve. A socket for a BSP female ½″ temperature sensor is also provided. The result — less noise, air, and corrosion, longer service life of the boiler and pumps.
