Hydraulic separator GS-30 with thermal insulation — Termojet's flanged hydraulic separator with 2½″ connection and a floor-standing base. This model is designed for high-capacity boiler rooms: up to 250 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 370 kW at ΔT=20 °C at a maximum flow rate of 21.5 m³/h.

How a hydraulic separator works: a low-pressure-drop zone is created between the boiler circuit (primary) and the consumer circuits (secondary). When the circuit flow rates differ, excess heat-transfer fluid circulates through the separator body — the pumps do not fight each other, and the boiler or cascade operates in a stable regime, reaching maximum capacity. In addition, the unit purifies the system: the built-in air separator vents dissolved gases to the air vent (½″ BSP male connection), and the built-in sludge trap settles dirt, which is drained through a ½″ BSP male valve. A ½″ BSP male temperature sensor port is provided for automation systems.

Applications: boiler cascades, commercial and industrial boiler rooms, systems with multiple pump circuits and individual heat consumers.
