Distribution manifold K22V.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for distributing heating fluid from the boiler to multiple consumers with different parameters. The 2+1 configuration with top outlets is designed for two main circuits with pump groups and one additional outlet; flow capacity — up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C (145 kW at ΔT=20 °C).

Structurally, a boiler-room manifold is a double header: the supply line and return line in a single body. Heating fluid from the heat generator enters the manifold and is distributed to the circuits; pump groups are attached to the outlets. The centre-to-centre distance between circuit connection stubs is 125 mm, the industry standard, so Termojet pump groups mount directly, without adapters. A connection point for auxiliary equipment ½″ female is provided.

Applications: boiler rooms of private houses with two or three consumers — underfloor heating, radiators, DHW boiler. Top outlets are convenient when pump groups and pipework distribution are located above the manifold. The circuits are fitted with a NG-46 pump group with thermostatic valve (underfloor heating) and a direct group NG-47 L (radiators, DHW). If the system has several pumps, it is advisable to install a hydraulic separator GS-26 1¼″ before the manifold.
