Manifold Termojet in thermal insulation 2+1 down M22D125(240)

Distribution manifold K22N.125(240) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation, 2+1 configuration with bottom outlets for distributing the heat carrier to several consumers with different parameters. This is the most powerful version among 2+1 manifolds: up to 105 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 210 kW at ΔT=20 °C thanks to the enlarged 1½″ boiler connection.

The operating principle is standard for a boiler room header: the supply and return lines are combined in one body, the heat carrier from the heat generator is distributed to circuits, and pump groups are attached to the outlets. The centre-to-centre distance of the circuit connection ports is 125 mm, so Termojet pump groups are mounted directly. An additional equipment connection G ½″ is provided — for example for a pressure gauge or sensor.

Bottom outlets are chosen when circuit pipework runs below the manifold or when it is more convenient to position pump groups under the header — this is typical for boiler rooms with limited wall height or a top-mounted boiler. Application scenarios: a house with underfloor heating, radiators and a DHW boiler, small commercial premises. The straight pump group NG-47 L is mounted on the circuits, while hydraulic separation of a powerful system is provided by the hydraulic separator GS-27 1½″ — its connection size matches the manifold's boiler connection.
