Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS22VN.125(200) — Termojet unit in "2 in 1" format: a distribution manifold for 2+1 circuits with combined upward and downward outlets, combined with hydraulic separator GS-26 in a single housing. It simultaneously hydraulically separates the boiler circuit and distributes the heat carrier to consumers, saving space in the boiler room and installation time.

The operating principle combines two functions. The built-in hydraulic separator creates a low pressure-loss zone between the primary boiler circuit and the secondary consumer circuits — the pumps do not affect each other. The manifold section distributes flow to circuits with a centre-to-centre distance of 125 mm for pump groups; upward and downward outlets allow the groups to be arranged on two tiers. Additionally, the unit purifies the system: the air separator evacuates gases to the air vent (FR ½″), and the dirt trap collects sediment that is drained through a valve FR ½″.

Applications: boiler rooms with 2–3 circuits and separate pumps — underfloor heating, radiators, DHW boiler; systems with solid-fuel boilers; heat pump piping in one compact unit — see Termojet heat pumps.
