Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS82VN.125(200) — a Termojet "2 in 1" unit for 8+1 circuits with upward and downward outlets and a built-in hydraulic separator GS-26 in a single housing. A solution for systems up to 60 kW at ΔT=10 °C and 95 kW at ΔT=20 °C, where one heat source feeds many separate low-capacity circuits.

Operating principle: the hydraulic separator inside the housing creates a low pressure-loss zone and hydraulically separates the heat generator circuit from the consumer circuits — the circuit pumps operate without mutual interference. The manifold section distributes the heat transfer fluid to 1″ outlets with a centre-to-centre spacing of 125 mm in two tiers: some pump groups are mounted above the manifold, some below it. The built-in air separator works in tandem with the air vent (BSP ½″ connection), and the dirt trap collects sediment that is drained via a BSP ½″ valve.
