Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS62VN.125(200) — the most capacious Termojet "2 in 1" unit: 6+1 circuits with upward and downward outlets and a built-in hydraulic separator GS-26 in a single housing. It simultaneously hydraulically separates the boiler circuit and distributes the heat transfer fluid to six main consumers — complete piping for a branched boiler room in one compact unit.
Operating principle: the hydraulic separator creates a low pressure-loss zone between the boiler circuit and the consumer circuits — each pump receives its calculated flow rate without mutual interference. The manifold section distributes the flow to circuits with a centre-to-centre spacing of 125 mm, with outlets directed in two tiers — upward and downward, allowing a large number of pump groups to be arranged compactly. The built-in air separator directs gases to the air vent (BSP ½″), and the dirt trap collects sediment, which is drained via a BSP ½″ valve. Mounting brackets are included in the delivery set.
Application scenarios: a large house or small commercial facility with six to seven consumers — underfloor heating, several radiator branches, DHW boiler, ventilation, swimming pool.
