Pump group with controller actuator NG-48A — an automated Termojet group with a 1″ female thread connection for circuits requiring electric control of the heat-carrier temperature without a separate boiler room automation system. The built-in A-413 servo actuator-controller with a 6 Nm torque remotely controls the three-way mixing valve on command from an external controller or thermostat.

Operating principle: the three-way valve mixes the cooled return line into the supply line or shuts it off depending on the controller's signal. The A-413 actuator provides smooth 90° rotation in 120 seconds (3-point ON/OFF mode), supply voltage — 230 V. IP42 protection class, CE and RoHS certificates guarantee safe operation in the boiler room. Left connection of the group (L) — for mounting on a manifold where the pipes come from the left. Maximum flow rate through the group — 6.3 m³/h.

Areas of application: underfloor heating with control from a room thermostat, buffer tanks, systems with several circuits of different temperatures, facilities where automation controls each circuit separately. The left version fits conveniently into boiler rooms with pipe routing from the left. Mounted on Termojet manifolds with a standard center distance of 125 mm — for example, on the K32V.125 manifold (3+1, outlets up). Frequently asked questions

What is 3-point ON/OFF mode?
The actuator receives two command signals — "open" and "close" — and smoothly turns the valve between the extreme positions. The mode is compatible with standard thermostats and heating controllers without PID control.

Can the NG-48A group be installed without an external controller?
No: the A-413 actuator is controlled, and without an external signal it does not change the valve position. A thermostat, a room temperature controller, or boiler room automation with a 3-point output is required for operation.
