Pump group Termojet Boiler without mixer 1" FT in thermal insulation without pump PG-67(200)

Pump group NG-67.200 — a specialised Termojet unit 1″ female thread for quick and convenient connection of an indirect water heater to boiler room equipment. This is a direct group without a mixer: the water heater intentionally receives coolant at the full boiler temperature so that the heat exchanger heats the water as quickly as possible.

The operating principle is simple and reliable: the circulation pump circulates the coolant through the water heater coil, the high flow capacity Kvs 10.2 m³/h minimises hydraulic resistance and reduces DHW heating time. The valves with thermometers 0–120 °C on the supply and return lines show the circuit operating mode and allow it to be shut off for maintenance, while the built-in check valve eliminates parasitic circulation when the pump is off — the water heater does not cool down through adjacent circuits.

Applications: domestic hot water preparation in private homes, DHW circuit in multi-circuit boiler rooms alongside underfloor heating and radiators. An indirect water heater is the standard DHW solution in heat pump systems too — see Termojet heat pumps. In the boiler room the group works alongside the distribution manifold K22V.125 and heating circuit groups, for example NG-46 with thermostatic valve for underfloor heating. Connection to a manifold with a beam spacing of 300 mm — via the adapter KP 200/300.
