Distribution manifold K32V.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for distributing heat-transfer fluid from the boiler to several consumers with different parameters. Configuration 3+1 with top outlets — three main circuits for pump groups plus one additional outlet; flow capacity up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C.
Structurally this is a twin-header manifold: the supply line and return line are combined in one body. Heat-transfer fluid from the heat generator (1¼″ connection) enters the manifold and is distributed to circuits with 1″ outlets to which pump groups are attached. Centre-to-centre distance between ports — 125 mm, the industry standard: Termojet groups mount directly, without adapters. Additional equipment connection provided: female thread ½″.
The 3+1 configuration is a classic for a private home: underfloor heating, radiators, DHW boiler, plus a reserve outlet for a fourth consumer. The floor circuit is connected via the NG-46 pump group with thermostatic valve 25–55 °C. When the system has multiple pumps, a hydraulic separator GS-26 1¼″ is installed before the manifold — its connection size matches the boiler connection of the manifold.
