Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS32V.125(200) — a Termojet unit in the «2-in-1» format with three outlets upward: built-in hydraulic separator GS-26 and a distribution manifold for 3+1 circuits in one housing. A single compact unit simultaneously hydraulically separates the boiler circuit from the consumers and distributes the heat transfer fluid to three circuits — up to 60 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 95 kW at ΔT=20 °C.

Operating principle: the built-in hydraulic separator between the boiler pump and the consumer circuits creates a low-pressure-loss zone that eliminates mutual interference between pumps. The manifold section distributes the heat transfer fluid to three main circuits with a centre-to-centre spacing of 125 mm and an additional outlet FM ½″. The built-in air separator vents gases to the air vent (FM ½″), and the sludge trap collects dirt with drainage via a valve FM ½″. Circuit outlets are directed upward — convenient for boiler rooms with top-mounted distribution.

Areas of application: three-circuit boiler rooms — underfloor heating, radiators and DHW boiler; systems with solid-fuel boilers; installations with a heat pump where simultaneous hydraulic separation and distribution to several low-temperature circuits are required — see Termojet heat pumps.
