Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS52N.125(200) — a Termojet "2 in 1" unit: a distribution manifold for 5+1 circuits with downward outlets, combined with the hydraulic separator GS-26 in a single housing. Instead of installing a separate hydraulic separator and a separate manifold, you get a ready-made compact unit that simultaneously hydraulically separates the boiler circuit and distributes the heat transfer fluid to five consumers.

The operating principle combines two functions. The built-in hydraulic separator creates a low pressure-loss zone between the primary boiler circuit and the secondary circuits, so the circuit pumps do not affect each other and each consumer receives its calculated flow rate. The manifold section distributes the flow to circuits with a standard centre-to-centre spacing of 125 mm for pump groups. The outlets are directed downward — convenient when pump groups and pipelines are routed from below. Additionally, the unit cleans the system: the air separator removes gases, and the dirt trap collects sediment in the lower part of the housing.

Applications: boiler rooms of private homes and small commercial facilities with 4–5 separate circuits — radiators, underfloor heating, indirect heating boiler, circuits for different floors or zones.
