Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS32N.125(200) — a compact boiler-room piping assembly from Termojet: a distribution manifold with 3+1 circuits with bottom outlets and a built-in hydraulic separator GS-26 in a single body. Four consumers, hydraulic isolation of the boiler and heat-carrier purification — all in one unit instead of three separate ones.

How it works: the hydraulic-separator section creates a low-pressure-loss zone, so the boiler pump and the circuit pumps operate independently — without mutual interference or flow-rate fluctuations. The manifold section then distributes flow to the circuits with a centre-to-centre distance of 125 mm, matching Termojet pump groups. The built-in air separator vents gases to the air vent (connection: female thread ½″), and the dirt trap settles sludge that is drained via a ½″ valve — less noise, corrosion and pump wear.

The typical 3+1 scenario — a house with three main circuits: underfloor heating, radiators, DHW boiler, plus an extra outlet for a fourth consumer. The floor heating circuit is connected via the NG-46 pump group with thermostatic valve 25–55 °C. Thanks to full hydraulic separation, the unit is also ideal for heat-pump piping with multiple circuits — see Termojet heat pumps.
