Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS32V.125(150) Mini — a compact Termojet "2-in-1" unit for residential boiler rooms: a distribution manifold with 3 top outlets + 1 side outlet and a built-in hydraulic separator GS-25. Designed for systems up to 25 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 50 kW at ΔT=20 °C) — the typical output of a boiler or heat pump for a house with an area up to 200–250 m².

Operating principle: the built-in hydraulic separator hydraulically isolates the heat-generator circuit from the consumer circuits — the pumps operate independently, each circuit receives its own flow rate. The manifold section distributes the heat carrier to four consumers; the centre-to-centre distance of the connections is 125 mm, the standard for Termojet pump groups. The built-in air separator (air-vent connection: female thread ½″) and the dirt trap with ½″ drain purify the heat carrier — less noise, corrosion and pump wear.

Applications: a house with underfloor heating, radiators and a DHW boiler — three main circuits plus a side outlet for a fourth consumer. Thanks to full hydraulic separation, the Mini is perfectly suited for piping low-temperature systems with a heat pump — see Termojet heat pumps.
