Pump group Termojet with mixer 1 1/4" FT in thermal insulation without pump PG-52L

Pump group with mixer NG-52.150 L — a Termojet unit of enlarged size 1¼″ BSP for circuits with automatic supply temperature control. Output up to 45 kW at ΔT=10 °C and up to 85 kW at ΔT=20 °C, Kvs 10.3 m³/h — the solution for large buildings and boiler rooms where standard 1″ groups are no longer sufficient. The left-hand configuration (L) is convenient for mounting on a manifold with pipework on the left.

The operating principle is based on return water blending: a three-way valve with electric actuator doses cooled fluid from the return line into the circuit supply. The boiler room automation controls the actuator based on the measured temperature — the result: the circuit receives a stable supply temperature regardless of boiler operating mode. Ball valves with 0–120 °C thermometers on the supply and return lines allow the actual differential to be monitored and the circuit to be isolated for maintenance; the built-in check valve eliminates parasitic circulation between adjacent circuits.

Applications of the NG-52.150: underfloor heating for high-capacity sections, low-temperature radiator heating in large buildings, systems with solid-fuel and gas boilers with per-circuit temperature control, low-temperature heat pump circuits — where a stable supply temperature is critical for efficiency. It is mounted on Termojet manifolds with 1¼″ outlets, including K32N.125 (3+1, outlets down); hydraulic separation for a powerful system is provided by the hydraulic separator GS-27 1½″.
