Distribution manifold K32N.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation for distributing heat-transfer fluid from the boiler to several consumers with different parameters. Configuration 3+1 with bottom outlets is designed for three main circuits with pump groups and one additional outlet; flow capacity up to 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C (145 kW at ΔT=20 °C).

Structurally this is a twin-header manifold: supply line and return line in one body. Heat-transfer fluid from the heat generator enters the manifold through a 1¼″ connection and is distributed to circuits with 1″ outlets to which pump groups are attached. Centre-to-centre distance between circuit ports — 125 mm, the industry standard, so Termojet groups mount directly. Additional equipment connection G ½″ provided — for a pressure gauge or sensor.

Bottom outlets are chosen when the circuit pipework runs below the manifold or when pump groups are more conveniently positioned beneath the header. Typical applications: residential boiler room with underfloor heating, radiators and DHW boiler; multi-circuit low-temperature systems including those with a heat pump — see Termojet heat pumps. If the pipework runs upward, choose the K32V.125 manifold with top outlets; for two circuits the K22N.125 manifold (2+1, bottom) is sufficient.

Is a hydraulic separator needed in addition to the manifold?
