Distribution manifold K22N.125(200) — a Termojet unit with thermal insulation in a 2+1 configuration with bottom outlets for heating systems where the heating fluid must be distributed to several consumers with different parameters. Rated for 72 kW at ΔT=10 °C and 145 kW at ΔT=20 °C — the typical output of a private-house boiler room.

The manifold operates as a double header: the supply line and return line are combined in a single body; heating fluid from the boiler (connection 1¼″) is distributed to circuits with 1″ outlets to which pump groups are attached. The centre-to-centre distance between stubs is 125 mm, the industry standard, so Termojet pump groups fit without adapters. A connection for auxiliary equipment G ½″ is provided — for example, for a pressure gauge or sensor.

Bottom outlets are chosen when the circuit pipework runs below the manifold or when it is more convenient to hang the pump groups beneath the header — a typical solution for boiler rooms with a wall-mounted boiler above the manifold.
