Manifold with hydraulic separator KGS42VN.125(150) Mini — compact Termojet "2 in 1" Mini series unit (old part number SK-281.125): distribution manifold with 4 top + bottom outlets and 1 side outlet with built-in hydraulic separator GS-25. Designed for systems up to 25 kW at ΔT=10 °C (up to 50 kW at ΔT=20 °C) — typical output of a residential house boiler or heat pump.

Operating principle: the built-in hydraulic separator hydraulically separates the heat generator circuit from the consumer circuits — the pumps operate independently, each circuit receives its own flow rate. The manifold section distributes the heat carrier to five consumers: four main outlets on two tiers (top and bottom) plus one side outlet. Centre-to-centre spacing of the connection stubs — 125 mm, standard for Termojet 1″ pump groups. The built-in air separator (air vent connection FM ½″) and sludge trap with drain FM ½″ clean the heat carrier of gases and dirt.

Application scenarios: a house with underfloor heating in several zones, radiators and a DHW boiler — compact boiler room with five circuits on one unit. The two-tier outlet layout saves wall width.
