Description

Termojet TJ-W manifold with 9 outlets and flow meters — stainless steel AISI 304, length 530 mm, connections G1" – G3/4". Nine independent circuits with individual flow balancing — a solution for two-storey houses, large apartments or floor plans with separate zone control.

Technical Specifications

Operating Principle

The heat carrier is supplied through G 1" and distributed across nine circuits. Each circuit has its own flow meter (rotameter) 0–5 l/min — a float inside the transparent body displays the current flow rate. In a large system, loops vary in length: a 15 m² room has a shorter loop, a 40 m² living room a much longer one. Without balancing, the shorter loop draws more flow and leaves the longer one underheated. The flow meters allow setting an equal hydraulic regime at each outlet. The M30×1.5 sockets accept thermal actuators for automatic per-circuit control from thermostats.

Application Scenarios

  • Two-storey house. 9 circuits cover all rooms on both floors: living room, kitchen, 3–4 bedrooms, bathroom, corridors. One manifold controls the entire system.
  • Large single-storey floor plan. A 150–200 m² house with an open layout: studio kitchen, several bedrooms, bathrooms — 9 independent loops each with individual balancing.
  • Zone control. Each circuit is its own zone. Thermal actuators on the M30×1.5 sockets paired with room thermostats allow maintaining different floor temperatures in each room.
  • Heat pump as heat source. 9 circuits from a heat pump at a supply temperature of 35–45°C — maximum efficiency of the entire system; flow meters guarantee even flow distribution.

Advantages

  • Stainless steel AISI 304 — resistant to glycol heat carriers, requires no protective coatings, lasts for decades.
  • Nine flow meters 0–5 l/min — precise balancing of all circuits, uniform heating even with significantly different loop lengths.
  • M30×1.5 — compatibility with standard thermal actuators without adapters.
  • G 3/4" Eurocone — connection of PE-RT or PE-Xa pipe without welding.
  • Ready-assembled kit — valves with thermometers at supply/return, air vents, drain valve included.

Underfloor Heating and Heat Pump

9 underfloor heating circuits from a heat pump is the most efficient configuration. The heat pump generates a heat carrier at 35–45°C: exactly the range where COP 4–5 is achieved. Radiators at that temperature will not heat a room adequately, but underfloor heating does so with ease. The manifold with flow meters distributes the low-temperature heat carrier precisely among the circuits, preventing overheating and parasitic flows. Frequently Asked Questions

What cabinet is needed for a 9-outlet manifold?
For 9 outlets, the manifold cabinet No. 03 is suitable (designed for 8–10 outlets). If a pump-mixing unit is additionally installed, take its height into account when choosing the cabinet depth.

Is there a manifold with valves for 9 outlets — and what is the difference?
Yes, there is a manifold with valves for 9 outlets. The difference is fundamental: valves only isolate a circuit but do not display the flow rate and do not allow precise system balancing. For 9 different loops in a house, flow meters are a necessity, not an option. A mixing unit is also required if the boiler delivers a temperature above 55°C.
