Description
The Termojet 12-outlet manifold with flow meters is a solution for large underfloor heating systems: cottages, townhouses, commercial premises with twelve independent floor circuits. Body made of stainless steel AISI 304 (wall thickness 1.6 mm), individual flow meters 0–5 l/min on each outlet, main line connection G 1" and outlet connections G 3/4" Eurocone with 50 mm spacing. Manifold length — 680 mm. Maximum pressure 10 bar, maximum temperature 110°C.

Operating Principle and Balancing
In a system with twelve circuits, the difference between the shortest and longest loop can exceed 50–80 m. Without balancing, the short loops "pull" the flow away and the long ones remain cold. Each flow meter with a float indicator displays the instantaneous flow rate in l/min and allows the return manifold valve to be set to the required value for each circuit individually. After balancing, the system heats up evenly across the entire area — from the corridor to the bedroom on the second floor.
Application Scenarios
- Two-storey cottage. 12 circuits cover all rooms on two floors — one manifold instead of two smaller ones per floor.
- Office or commercial premises with zone division. M30×1.5 sockets allow installing an actuator on each circuit and implementing a zonal temperature schedule.
- System with a heat pump. A large house with a heat pump and underfloor heating as the sole heating source — a classic scenario for a 12-outlet manifold.
- Combined system (underfloor + radiators). A separate pump mixing unit lowers the supply temperature for the floor manifold, while the radiator circuit is fed directly from the boiler.
Advantages
- Stainless steel AISI 304 — corrosion resistance in systems with glycol and deionised water; service life comparable to leading European equivalents.
- 12 flow meters 0–5 l/min — independent balancing of each circuit without hydraulic calculation tables.
- M30×1.5 — the industry standard for thermostatic actuators; no adapters required for zone control.
- G 3/4" Eurocone — connection of PE-RT 16×2 pipe via the Eurocone 16×2 fitting without welding or pressing.
- Complete set from the first delivery — thermometers, air vents, drain valves, and a check valve in the box.
Underfloor Heating and Heat Pump
A large house with a heat pump and underfloor heating — an ideal combination for maximum COP. The heat pump maintains the heat carrier temperature at 35–45°C; this range is exactly the nominal operating range for the Termojet 12-outlet manifold. Every extra 5°C of supply temperature reduces pump efficiency by 10–15% — precise balancing via flow meters allows keeping the supply at the minimum required level. Frequently Asked Questions
Is a mixing unit needed for a 12-outlet manifold?
It depends on the heat source. When operating from a boiler with a supply temperature of 70–80°C — the mixing unit for the manifold is mandatory: it reduces the heat carrier temperature to the pipe-safe range of 35–45°C. With a heat pump — the system is already low-temperature, and the unit may not be needed or is used for hydraulic separation of circuits.
Which cabinet is suitable for a 12-outlet manifold?
For recessed installation, the manifold cabinet №04 (795×575×110 mm) is suitable. If a mixing unit is installed next to the manifold — choose cabinet №05 or place the unit in an adjacent recess.
