Description

The Termojet TJ-W-07 stainless steel manifold with 7 outlets is a distribution unit for an underfloor heating system with 7 circuits, featuring built-in flow meters for precise flow balancing in each floor circuit. Main line connection G 1", outlets — G 3/4" Eurocone, 50 mm pitch. Profile material — stainless steel AISI 304, wall thickness 1.6 mm.

Technical Specifications

Operating Principle

The manifold distributes the heat carrier from the pump-mixing unit across seven floor circuits. Each outlet is equipped with a flow meter (rotameter) with a transparent cap and float indicator: the operator can see the actual heat carrier flow rate in l/min for each circuit and adjust it with the shut-off valve. Longer loops have higher hydraulic resistance and naturally receive less flow — the flow meter allows equalizing flow across all circuits regardless of their length. The M30×1.5 socket on each outlet accepts a standard thermal actuator for automatic per-circuit control.

Applications

  • Home with 7 rooms or zones. Each underfloor heating circuit is a separate manifold outlet. Flow meters are indispensable when circuits differ in area and pipe length.
  • New construction or renovation. The manifold is installed in a manifold cabinet No. 02 (6–8 outlets) for concealed installation in a wall recess.
  • Combination with a mixing unit. The unit reduces temperature from the boiler, the manifold distributes the cooled heat carrier evenly — a complete turnkey underfloor heating system.
  • Zone control. M30×1.5 thermal actuators in the manifold sockets connect to room thermostats — each room maintains its own temperature independently.
  • System with heat pump. Low-temperature heat carrier at 35–45°C is evenly distributed across circuits, heat pumps achieve maximum COP.

Advantages of the Termojet TJ-W-07 Manifold

  • Stainless steel AISI 304 — corrosion resistance and service life on par with leading European manufacturers, unlike brass and plastic alternatives.
  • Flow meters 0–5 l/min on each outlet — balancing by flow rate, not by guesswork: a visible picture of flow distribution.
  • M30×1.5 standard — compatibility with mass-market thermal actuators from any manufacturer without adapters.
  • G 3/4" Eurocone — universal connection for PE-RT 16×2 or PE-Xa pipe via Eurocone 16×2.
  • Kit includes: valves with thermometers, check valve, air vents, drain valves — everything needed is already included.

Underfloor Heating and Heat Pump

Underfloor heating is the primary consumer of a heat pump. The system operates at a supply temperature of 30–45°C, while radiators require 55–70°C. Every +5°C increase in heat carrier temperature reduces the heat pump's COP by 10–15%. The Termojet TJ-W-07 manifold with flow meters ensures even distribution of low-temperature heat carrier across all circuits — the heat pump operates in its most efficient mode. Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a manifold with flow meters better than the valve version?
A manifold with valves only allows you to open or close a circuit. A flow meter shows the actual flow rate in l/min and allows you to adjust the flow precisely — this is critical when circuits are of different lengths. Without flow balancing, short circuits receive excess heat while long ones receive too little. Compare with the 7-outlet valve manifold.

Which manifold cabinet is suitable for a 7-outlet manifold?
For the TJ-W-07 manifold (430 mm), the manifold cabinet No. 02 for 6–8 outlets is suitable. If installation together with a mixing unit is planned, check the unit dimensions and choose a cabinet accounting for the total depth.
