The Termojet TJVT6G50 combined separator is a 2-in-1 device for large-scale heating systems: boiler rooms of public buildings, industrial premises, and multi-apartment buildings. A flow capacity of 10.1 m³/h at DN50 (2") allows servicing a system with boilers of combined output 80–150 kW and above. A single unit simultaneously removes air microbubbles and mechanical dirt particles — without stopping the system for maintenance.

The large chamber volume of the DN50 separator ensures a sharp deceleration of the flow — significantly more effective than in smaller sizes. A coalescent insert of welded copper wires collects microbubbles: they merge into larger bubbles and are discharged through the automatic air vent at the top. Simultaneously, rust, sand, and sludge particles settle in the lower chamber — the accumulated sediment is drained through the blowdown valve in 30 seconds without stopping the boiler and pumps.
Is DN50 suitable for a private house?
DN50 is designed for systems with a heat-carrier flow rate of approximately 10 m³/h and corresponds to boilers with an output of 80 kW and above. For a private house with a boiler up to 30–40 kW, DN20 or DN25 will be optimal — a smaller size, lower price, and the same cleaning efficiency.
How to choose between a combined and two separate separators for a boiler room?
If it is possible to install one unit — the combined DN50 is simpler and cheaper to install. Two separate units are advisable when the air separator is required directly after the boiler (the hottest supply point) and the dirt separator — on the return pipeline before the boiler: this arrangement gives maximum efficiency of each device in its place.
