Air and dirt separator Termojet Dn40 (1 1/2")

The Termojet DN40 combined air and dirt separator is a 2-in-1 device that simultaneously removes air microbubbles and solid sludge particles from the heat carrier in a single brass body. Thread 1 1/2", flow capacity 6.8 m³/h, operating limits — 110°C and 10 bar. One installation point instead of two separate devices. How it works The heat carrier enters the separator's expanded chamber where two processes occur simultaneously. In the upper section, a coalescent insert collects microbubbles: they merge into larger bubbles and are discharged through the automatic air vent at the top of the body.
