Termojet DN40 air separator — a device for continuous removal of microbubbles and dissolved gases from the heating system fluid. Connection DN40 (G 1½") , flow capacity 6.8 m³/h , maximum temperature 110°C , pressure 10 bar , body — brass . Installed once and operates continuously without maintenance. How It Works The heat carrier enters the expanded separator chamber, where the flow velocity drops sharply. Inside the chamber is a coalescent insert made of wire mesh with a large specific surface area. Microbubbles adhere to the insert surface, attract one another, and merge into larger bubbles
