Air and dirt separator Termojet Dn32 (1 1/4")

The Termojet DN32 air and dirt separator is a combined 2-in-1 device that simultaneously removes air microbubbles and solid dirt particles from the heating system fluid. Connection DN32 (G 1¼"), flow capacity 5.0 m³/h, maximum temperature 110°C, pressure 10 bar, body — brass. One installation point — complete system protection.

How it works

The separator body combines two functional chambers. The heat carrier enters an expanded chamber where the flow velocity drops sharply. A coalescent insert in the upper section collects microbubbles — they merge and exit through the automatic air vent at the top. Solid particles — sludge, rust, sand — are heavier than the heat carrier and settle in the lower chamber. The drain valve at the bottom allows the accumulated sediment to be flushed without stopping the system — in a matter of seconds.

The combined separator is the optimal choice for new and retrofitted systems requiring complete heat carrier purification at a single installation point.

• New heating system. At start-up the system releases a significant amount of gas and particles — the 2-in-1 separator solves both tasks at once.
• Mid-capacity gas boiler. DN32 covers systems with a heat carrier flow rate of up to 5.0 m³/h — residential houses and small offices.
• Underfloor heating system. Protects the manifold and distributor from air pockets and sludge deposits that disrupt even heat distribution.
