The Termojet TJVT6G20 combined separator is a 2-in-1 device that simultaneously removes microbubbles of air and solid dirt particles from the heating fluid. One installation point instead of two separate devices: space savings, fewer fittings and connections, lower overall installation cost. DN20 (3/4") is suitable for heating systems with boilers up to 15–20 kW.

One body — two functional chambers. The upper section with a coalescent insert made of welded copper wires handles deaeration: microbubbles adhere to the insert surface, merge, and are discharged through the automatic air vent. The lower section is a gravity separation chamber: flow velocity drops sharply and solid particles of rust, sand, and sludge settle to the bottom. The drain valve at the bottom allows accumulated dirt to be flushed in 10–30 seconds without stopping the system.
2-in-1 or two separate devices — which is more cost-effective?
For most standard systems — 2-in-1. One installation point, fewer connections, lower overall price. Two separate devices are justified when there is a specific requirement: for example, the air separator must be placed after the boiler (the hottest point) and the dirt separator on the return pipe before the boiler. In that case a single combined device cannot physically be in two places at once.
How often should dirt be flushed?
First inspection — 3–6 months after commissioning a new system (first-season corrosion is most active). Then — once a year during boiler maintenance. The procedure takes 10–30 seconds: open the drain valve at the bottom of the separator, let the water flow out with the sediment, close. The system continues to operate.
