Air separator Termojet Dn20 (3/4") 110°C/10bar

Termojet DN20 air separator — a device for the continuous and automatic removal of microbubbles and dissolved gas from a heating system. It is installed on the supply pipe immediately after the boiler, where the temperature is highest and gas release is most intensive. Brass body, 3/4" thread, limiting parameters — 110°C and 10 bar.

How it works

The coolant enters the expanded chamber of the separator — the flow velocity drops sharply. Inside there is a coalescing insert with a developed surface: microbubbles «stick» to its structure, attract each other and merge into larger bubbles. The enlarged bubbles rise to the upper part of the chamber and are automatically discharged through the air vent. The cycle occurs continuously — without manual intervention.

Where and how it is used

DN20 is the most common size for residential heating systems with a capacity of up to 20–25 kW. Suitable for:

• New systems. Installation during commissioning prevents gas accumulation from the first day of operation.
• Systems after flushing. After hydraulic flushing an elevated amount of dissolved air remains in the coolant — the separator captures it automatically.
• Gas or solid-fuel boiler. Microbubbles entering the boiler heat exchanger disrupt heat transfer and accelerate corrosion of internal surfaces. The separator eliminates this source of damage.
• Quiet-running systems. Air bubbles are the main cause of characteristic noise in pipes and radiators. After installing the separator, the system becomes significantly quieter.
• Underfloor heating. Microbubbles in floor circuits block the narrow pipe loops and worsen uniform heating — the deaerator eliminates this problem.

Install the separator vertically on the supply pipe, immediately after the boiler. The automatic air vent at the top of the body requires no maintenance.
